Process Improvement Training Course Description
Audience:
This course is recommended for teams that have been assigned to
improve a work process or solve a problem. Participants should
represent the team members including the leader, a chosen
facilitator, and the team sponsor(s) (members of the department or
management team that are assigning the project). This course
provides up-front training and team building to ensure successful
results. Participants will be able to apply new process improvement
principles and tools immediately after the course.
Overview:
This comprehensive course provides an understanding of the power of working as a team to improve a targeted process. It includes skills for how to have productive meetings so fast progress can be made. It provides simple process improvement tools that will help assess the process to determine what the customer of the process needs and equips participants to improve the process to be the best it can be. Practice with the new tool set is provided through a challenging but entertaining case study. Participants leave with a high level of skill confidence and motivation so they can get started immediately and begin to generate results!
